Ever wonder why June is a popular month for wedding?
It’s based on the goddess Juno, where the name of the month June came from.
Juno known as the Roman goddess of marriage.

She’s also known as the goddess of vital force, vital energy and eternal youthfulness.
Juno also symbolizes fertility and sovereign over the people.
Back in the day, regular bathing is not customary.
It’s a once a year event that is being observed by end of the month of May.
Most of the couples get married after the bathing.
Of course so they are less stinky!
